PERSONALISED RESTORATIVE CARE FOR MINISTRY WORKERS & FAMILIES
Guiding people out of survival-mode, and into flourishing.
We believe
People were made for more than survival.
We believe flourishing is possible, even after seasons of exhaustion, trauma, loss, or profound change.
Flourishing does not mean a life without difficulty. It means becoming increasingly whole. Living with greater freedom, connection, purpose, and capacity to engage meaningfully with God, ourselves, one another, and the work entrusted to us.
Everything we do at Oasis is oriented toward that vision: creating spaces, experiences, and resources that help people move beyond simply enduring life and begin living it more fully.
“Are you tired?
Worn out?
Burned out on religion?
Come to me.
Get away with me and you’ll recover your life.
I'll show you how to take a real rest.
Walk with me and work with me- watch how I do it.
Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.
I wont lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you.
Keep company with me and you'll learn
to live freely and lightly.”
— Matthew 11: 28-30

Two Pathways to Flourishing
Sometimes the work is proactive: helping organisations build healthier cultures that sustain their people. Other times, the need is responsive: when life happens, individuals and families need focused care to recover, regain perspective, and find a way forward. We offer both.
Proactive Care
Our team offers a variety of consulting, coaching and educational services oriented around flourishing and sustainability in the church and nonprofit sectors.

Responsive Care
Teams are made up of individuals and families, who are separate from the organization. They often need care of their own.

CARE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Children receive specialized care in line with their parents.
While parents participate in counselling, trauma debriefing, or couples work, children can follow a thoughtfully designed programme of their own.
Where appropriate, care is shaped around the experiences of Third Culture Kids—including identity, belonging, grief, transition, attachment, and life across cultures.
“We were held—not just accommodated, but genuinely seen. From the intentional debriefing sessions to the thoughtful care extended to our children, every gesture felt intentional.”

CARE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Restored capacity reaches beyond one retreat.
Oasis chooses depth over volume. When an individual or family regains clarity, agency, and relational capacity, the effects can reach the communities and organisations they serve.
